Within the gates of this community, you will find two story buildings scattered throughout with similar two and three bedroom floor plans. At the center of these buildings is a lovely lagoon pool with adjacent pool house.

Before choosing a condominium, one must first decide on upstairs or downstairs and whether or not an open front stoop is desired or a screened in porch. Following this decision will be the number of bedrooms. Once these are agreed upon the floor plans differ ever so slightly.

An outdoor storage closet can be found on the front stoop. Upon entering a unit, you walk into the great room with a brick fireplace and large bay window. Off the great room, is a formal dining area. From the dining area, you enter into the kitchen area, which comes furnished with all appliances. (In the two bedroom units, the washroom is in the back of the kitchen; In the three bedroom units, the wash room is off of the hall which leads to the bedrooms)

Leading away from the great room is a hall, which carries you to the bedrooms and baths. The first bedroom has a large closet and picture window. Its' bath is across the hall. (For three bedroom units, the second bedroom is along the same hall and shares the bath)

At the end of the hall, you will find the master bedroom. A porch or balcony with a sliding glass door will be on the outer wall. Across from this is a vanity, which lies between the master bath and a spacious walk-in closet.
